Framed 'We Can See Ewe' High Cup Nick

Lesley has been creating these unique pebble art scenes using materials found on the fells and donated craft materials.  She has now included both real and fabric flowers in many of her designs and extended the picture over the sides of the mounts.  These adjustments add both beautiful colour and style.  Each scene is the artist's interpretation of the location and no 2 artworks will ever be exactly the same.  
 
Presented in a wood effect frame, this is a pebble scene of the Herdwick sheep on the side of High Cup Nick, the u-shaped valley or 'nick' on the western side of the Cumbrian Pennines just north of Appleby-In-Westmoreland, featuring buttons, beads, wood, pebbles and much more.  
 
Total size of frame is 9" x 9" (23cm x 23cm x 3cm).  Frame is freestanding but could be hung on the wall from the small clips on the back.
