Refund Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Refunds:

Products must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. 

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with any original packaging and tags. 

Items must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. 

2.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Refund:

Customers should contact us via our 'Contact' page or email us on steppingstonescumbria@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Provide details about the product you wish to return.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.⁠ ⁠Refunds:

Full or partial refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, or via gift card, within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

4.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items:

If a product is received damaged or defective, Stepping Stones Cumbria will issue a full refund (not including shipping costs) upon receiving proof.

Customers should contact us via our 'Contact' page or email us on steppingstonescumbria@gmail.com with details and photos of the damaged item. 

5.⁠ ⁠Late or Missing Refunds:

If a refund has not been received within the specified timeframe, customers should check their email spam folder, bank account or payment provider

6.⁠ ⁠Policy Updates:

Stepping Stones Cumbria reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time.

Any changes to this refund policy will appear on this page.
