Autumn Colours Painted and Quilled Wooden Trinket Box

This hinged lightweight wooden box would be ideal as either a trinket box or a jewellery box.  It is a good size and has been hand painted, both inside and outside, and features individually quilled intricate leaf designs on the top. 
 
The art of quilling involves strips of coloured card being individually cut and manipulated into the artist's chosen design.  Please Note: Any items that feature quilling should not be placed in direct sunlight as the card will fade, or in a humid environment as the card will soften.
 
The outside has been painted with faded pink and brown circles and has been coated with protective varnish.  The inside has been painted orange with a little wax heart decoration on the lid.   
 
It has a silver coloured metal clasp and hinges.
 
Total size is approximately 16cm W x 10.5cm D x 9.5cm H.  The inside measures approximately 14.5cm W x 9.5cm D x 6.5cm H.
