Blue and Black Car Decoration

This pretty litte hanging decoration has been made from blue and black foam roses with a black top hat and blue bow embellishment.  The roses entirely cover a polystyrene former.  It hangs from a ribbon and, although the artist has intended it to be a car decoration, it could be used anywhere in the home too.
 
Size is approximately 12cm diameter.
