Burr Elm, Brass and Resin Board

This is a stunning piece of burr elm wood with a 'river' of purple/blue/pink epoxy resin running through the centre.  Epoxy resin has also been mixed with brass powder and used to fill holes in the wood creating gorgeous 'gold' flecks all over the finished item.  
 
It has been finished with food safe oil so that it can be used as a cheese board or serving board.  Or you could add a couple of picture hooks and hang it on the wall as the beautiful piece of art that it is.  
 
Size is approximately 44cm L x 24cm W x 3cm D.
