It's My Wine FD672

Another brilliant example of upcycling an old tool into a useful household object.  This old farrier file has been transformed into a wine bottle holder that will happily sit on your dinner table.  Item features a chunky wooden base which has felt pads to protect your surfaces. 
 
Size is approximately 42cm H and base is approximately 14.5cm in diameter.
