Puppy Slate Heart Hanger

This decorative slate item is created using paint and a decoupage design featuring a cartoon puppy and the slogan "Dogs Welcome - please tie your children to the lamp post outside thank you".  The back is painted plain white and the whole thing is sealed to protect it.
 
The heart measures approximately 15.5cm x 16cm x 0.5cm not including string.
